“To my brothers and sisters in the Catholic Lawyers Guild Worldwide and the National Association of Catholic Lawyers in Nigeria, I extend my deepest and heartfelt condolences.”
With a heavy heart and profound reverence, I join the global community in mourning the passing of His Holiness, the Pope, a towering spiritual figure whose life was marked by humility, unwavering faith, and deep commitment to peace, justice, and the dignity of all people.
As the world celebrates the resurrection of Christ during this Easter season—a time symbolic of hope, renewal, and eternal life—we are reminded of the transcendent message of love and sacrifice that the Holy Father embodied throughout his papacy.
His voice was a moral compass in turbulent times, calling all of humanity to rise above hatred, to embrace dialogue over division, and to walk the path of righteousness, no matter how narrow.

The Pope stood as a beacon not only for Catholics but for all people of faith and good conscience. His dedication to the poor, the marginalized, and the persecuted echoed the teachings of Christ and challenged us all—leaders, nations, and individuals alike—to reflect the love of God in action.
His intellectual depth, spiritual insight, and moral courage will forever leave an indelible mark on the annals of human history.
To my brothers and sisters of the Catholic Lawyers Guild Worldwide and the National Association OF Catholic Lawyers In Nigeria, I extend my deepest condolences. You have lost a spiritual shepherd whose wisdom and leadership fortified the Church’s mission of justice and truth.
Let his life’s work inspire you to carry forward the values he so powerfully preached—mercy, compassion, equity, and the rule of law grounded in divine purpose.
To the global Catholic community and all those touched by his grace, I share in your sorrow. We grieve not as those without hope, but with the assurance that his soul rests in the eternal peace of the Risen Christ. May his legacy endure in our hearts and guide our hands toward a more compassionate and faithful world.
